- •Payments made using cryptocurrencies (via CoinGate) or local payment methods (via Payssion) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Credit Card Payments
- •Customers who paid via credit card may request a refund within 48 hours of the purchase date.
- •To qualify, the purchased product must not have been used beyond the following limits:
- ◦For per-GB limited products, no more than 500 MB of traffic may have been consumed.
- •If usage exceeds these limits, the purchase is considered non-refundable.
