Currently we are accepting PayPal, Credit Card, and SEPA bank transfers. You can always contact us to ask for certain payment methods and we will try to help you pay with them.
Yes, all our products are subscriptions. We will notify you via email 5 days before your subscription renewal to make sure you don't resubscribe unwillingly. You are also able to cancel your subscription at any time, no matter what.
Usually, we do not charge any setup fees.
If your company has custom needs and requires building a tailor-made solution,
certain setup fees may be applied, but there are no set fees.
For IPv6 Residential
Yes, we offer a trial period for the IPv6 Residential Proxies. To test our Proxies, you need to contact us via our live chat, or send us an email at [email protected].
If you are signing up on behalf of a company
You may be eligible for a 3-day free trial once verification of company
registration and ownership is successful. Please make sure that you can
represent your company and sign legal agreements in its name. We will guide you
through the set-up process if needed and contact you after the trial to discuss
your trial results.
If you are signing up on behalf of an individual
You may be eligible for a 1-hour free trial once you provided us with your
use-case description and website targets. We will only provide trials to
legitimate users, using our infrastructure for ethical purposes only.
Yes. PlainProxies Residential Proxies are rotating proxies by default. Unlike a static proxy, which has a sticky IP, PlainProxies Rotating Residential Proxy provides you access to an entire pool of IP addresses. This allows you to get a random IP address from the network. You can also select the same IP address for a selected time with our session time control.
Not every scraping need has the same requirements, therefore we are more than happy to create custom packages that fit your needs. Your scraping operation's success is our first priority.
Currently we only offer username & password authentication. As we use the password parameter to pass location & session data to our backend proxy infrastructure we decided not to offer IP authentication.
